Course Description:
The Flag Safety Training Course is a training program to instruct individuals in the proper and effective management of traffic in and through construction work areas. Flag are an integral part of maintaining the safety of workers, pedestrians, and drivers by guiding and regulating traffic movement, minimizing confusion, and avoiding job site injuries and deaths.
This 4-hour training is compliant with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards and adheres to the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) guidelines and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. The course guarantees that learners are well-trained to communicate effectively, adapt to ever-changing traffic patterns, and make informed decisions based on safety considerations while under duress.
