Refund and Returns Policy
At Zircon Safety Consultants, we are committed to providing high-quality, compliant training programs that support your success and safety in the construction industry. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be fair and transparent with our refund policies.
1. Course Cancellations (by Student)
- Before Course Start:
If you cancel your registration at least 48 hours before the course start time, you may be eligible for a full refund, minus a small processing fee. - Within 48 Hours:
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the course start time are non-refundable, but we may offer the option to reschedule to a future class. - No-Shows:
Students who do not attend the course and fail to notify us will not receive a refund.
2. Online Courses
- Once you’ve started an online course, access is considered granted, and no refunds will be issued.
- If you enrolled in the wrong course by mistake, contact us within 24 hours and before starting the course. We may issue a credit or transfer you to the correct course.
3. Course Cancellations (by Zircon Safety)
In the rare case that a class is canceled due to low enrollment, inclement weather, or instructor unavailability, we will notify you in advance and offer the following options:
- Full Refund
- Reschedule to a future class of your choice
- Credit toward a different course
4. Refund Processing Time
All approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and issued to the original payment method used during registration.
5. Replacement Fees
Lost or damaged certificates or OSHA/SST cards may be replaced for a standard reissue fee. Please contact us to request a replacement.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, cancellation, or rescheduling, please email us at info@zirconsafety.com with:
- Your full name
- Course name
- Registration date
- Reason for refund or change
